Young Professional Fall Camp Out

Afternoon of Friday, September 25 to Midday Sunday, September 27
The Young Professionals are looking forward to hosting our second Fall Camp Out!
This year, we will be gathering at Thousand Hills State Park in Kirksville, Missouri! Friday night will kick off with a campfire-favorite potluck; bring your favorite food, snack, dessert, or meal and enjoy the evening getting to know fellow Young Professionals. Saturday will be a laid-back adventure of your choosing- hike, canoe/kayak/paddleboard on the Forest Lake within the state park, or join the Young Professionals at Archaeology Day (1-4 pm) hosted by Thousand Hills State Park. Saturday evening, we will be joined by DarkSky Missouri for a special presentation on their advocacy and a Star Party where we will get to use telescopes and night-vision glasses to see stars, planets, and park critters! Sunday will wrap up the campout; grab a quick breakfast and head home!
All meals and snacks will be provided Saturday and Sunday to registrants.
